The Max Carey Woodturning Trust offers the opportunity to gain a Certificate in Woodturning.

The MCWT is an Approved Delivery Centre for the ‘Certificate in Woodturning’ awarded and verified by the Worshipful Company of Turners.

The courses leading to the award of the Certificate in Woodturning are delivered by the Trust’s tutors who are approved by the Association of Woodturners of Great Britain.

The Certificate in Woodturning will be evidence based and achieved by following our Foundation Training (‘Apprenticeship’) and Journeyman Courses.

Verification of your practical work and evidence logbook will be carried out by the Worshipful Company of Turners
